Rome!!

As some of you may already know, my parents and I are going to Rome on the 2nd of March for a few days. I was just wondering if anyone had any good advice of what to pack, what is a must-see, what the weather will be like at that time and so on. I am willing to take any advice, however important/trivial. Anyhow that is about this. Hope to hear from you soon.
